8.00 am – Walk to Palafiemme Convention Centre – workshop venue

9.00 am – Workshop morning session

12.30 pm – Buffet lunch

2.00 pm – Workshop afternoon session

4.00-6.00 pm – Hotel inspections

7.15 pm – Meet up at reception’s hotel to transfer to the dinner venue

8.00 pm – Transfer by cableway

8.30 pm – Aperitif and dinner at Chalet 44 Alpine Lounge

11.30 pm-00.00 am – Return by cableway. Transfer back to the hotels

8.00 am – Departure for eductours and lunch (timetable according to the individual programme)
